getting cant load message on some plugins.

im getting error messages aying cant load when i try and click on a preset on some ni plugins.

i know that you should load the plugins before trying to load them in maschine or komplete kontrol but ive done that and still cant load the presets..the plugins load up ok its just the presets there visable but wont load..

any idea how to fix this?thanks
