KOMPLETE AUDIO 2- USB Not connected

Hi,

all my power at home was off and after I turned on the KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 are showing me high values at the volume, when I connected the USB again to my Pc the USB is not connected

My PC and laptop cannot activated the KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 like it was working before

  • I tried to download again the Driver but still the same issue, the values of the volume are still high and its not supposed to be like that.
  • also tried to check other USB cable and didn't work..


please let me know what can I do? its not working anymore....

    @GozalKiller You should try to connect the soundcard to another computer. If it's behaving in the same way then you have to contact our hardware support: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

    What did you try ? Another computer ? And what happens ?

    Hello,

    -I already tried to change the USB cable and I'm still facing the same problem.

    - I tried to check in another computer and I have the same issue.

    - I didn't change anything, did not update the software.

    What can I do about this?

    already check there and still noting was help for me.

    I think I have a hardware issue that need to check it to Lab for replacing part inside

    noting that I can do from my side.... only store

    Well, yes that's why you should submit a request to our hardware department through the link I posted, it seems you didn't. You can also get in touch with the store where you bought it.
