Release Omnia x Choir Lite version in Native Access for Omnia x Choir owners

Let us download the Omnia x Choir Lite version if you own the full version - similar to the option to install the Essential versions of the Symphony Orchestra if you own the full version. Currently I do not have access (which is weird)
Sometime you dont need to install the entire 80 GB Omnia x Choir library and only only want to download the smaller Lite version.
