I…can…not…find…any…..way to “get back “ with ….any…one…..
Even attempting to do a chat…. Fails… as I write this comm to you…. I’ve been on ignore for 15 minutes
So “apologizing” is impossible…..NI…..MAKES THIS IMPOSSIBLE.
If I used foul language…. It was directed into the ether…as …never…. Never…never….not once have I been able to have a real time…now time conversation……. With….any……one. so the ONLY “entity” that might have experienced my dissatisfaction is an AI
I’m not going to “apologize “ into the ether.
As there is ..NO ..record of my actually “speaking” with “anyone” other that the AI…..
NO…I will… NOT …apologize to an AI…any more than I would apologize to the trash can when I kick it.

In the mean time… whenever I surf into a social media platform that is discussing Music Products, I share my delightful experiences the NI…. I will be more than happy to update those threads ..positive or negative… as this evolves.
It is not my intention to continue to labor you with my difficulties as I recognize that your/my relationship is likely unrecoverable …
As soon as any NI rep affirmatively makes contact with me…. You will enjoy my stopping this string….

My colleague replied to you. It's pretty clear. You lost an incredible amount of time by insulting everyone, our moderators in the first place and the agents that received your requests. You can not talk to people like this and then complain like you do. That is enough. I am closing this thread.
