X1 mk3 usb replacement cable

Hi folks,
I bought a preowned x1 mk3 and it doesn't have the original NI usb a to usb b cable. How do I directly contact customer support to purchase this cable?

There is no need to use original USB NI cables. NI has a site about choosing the right cables: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210293725-Choosing-the-Correct-USB-Cable-for-Your-NI-Hardware-Device

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I know that you can use any cable for the task but I would like to purchase a brand new original cable that comes with the product.
I've tried the NI support several times but unfortunately it just keeps going around in circles back to the support page without allowing me to create a support ticket.
After I click on "contact support" it then asks me to login then it goes back to the NI help center which is where I started from. It does not go into another page where I can create a support ticket.
If someone could give me a direct link like an email or the actual support ticket URL is what I am looking for.

oh yeah, thanks. It finally connected with the AI chatbot.
But it was going around circles until it finally created a ticket.
