Traktor support really bad!

Hi,

what happened to the Traktor support? I have had 3x Traktor crashes the last weeks, found some bugs month ago and I’m still discussing with the support how I can provide videos where they can see the errors? You cannot reach anybody by telephone either …

The only way to open a new support case is to start with their Chatbot and that’s painful, too! The Chatbot stops in the middle of the conversation and doesn’t respond anymore …

I know I had a support case years ago and the experience was really smooth! But today nobody seems to care …

    Amen to this. Could not have stated it any better.

    It sucks I know, just the other day, an NI Administrator commented on a thread regarding the status of the Road map for 2025, soon after I commented, the day after I saw the thread, till this day now, that thread is dead silent.

    @DiscoStur It's very common for to ask for videos, this way our agents can try to reproduce the issue, show the issue to developers if needed. To send large files you can use services like myairbridge, dropbox or Google Drive. We are going to improve the chatbot and the customer journey. You're now in contact with our specialists, there is no need to create another request for the same issue.
