Controller Matrix Morph like Kore Matrix

Im wondering whether anyone has built an eg 4x2 matrix that can morph between each snapshot as in Kore?

Im thinking a midi tool...maybe with reaktor or?? but it must be external

Obviously Kore is out but its one feature I would love to keep...eg in cubase you just hook the 8 quick controls to 8 knobs/faders in this midi tool (matrix) and store each snapshot to be able to easily morph between...its such an amazing feature not just for synths but non linear eq moves (image pultec bass trick but on a dynamic eq like nova) etc
