My board isn't reconizing even with the trouble shoot running. Is it my USB port?

Hello, my Traktor kontrol S3 for some reason isn't being recognized by my computer and I've tried changing the computer, the usb cord, I tried updating both traktor and my computer and I'm still running into this issue. I believe it's my USB port, It seems to have broke!

Have you also checked if NI Agents are running? (like suggested in this article, point 5 for MAC, point 4 for Windows).
