extern NTSF HDD

I used traktor Pro 3 and upodated my OSX. The latest. And now traktor won't see my external HDD (NTSF drive because i use it also on a window machine.) It never failed but now it does. I updated to Traktor Pro 4, but nothing helped. The icon of the seagate show up in the Musicfolder but when i want to open the folder nothing happens…it looks like the HDD is empty..but that is not the case. What can solve this? Cheers
