How Long does it takes, Till the Support answers questions and Helps?

I bought a Maschine Mikro mk3 with a transfer license as a second hand one. but I can’t see the Maschine software on my account.
that’s why I opened a ticket on support on Thursday, and one on Friday.
I received no answer till now and cannot use my new Maschine.
how long must I wait, till the support help me?

Hello S cks, as PoorFellow said, the support is not working on weekends, this is probably why you don't get an answer yet. But I checked your request and it is in correct department's queue and one of my colleague got your request, so you should get an answer soon.

As it's a second hand device, presumably it would have originally included Maschine 2 software, which is now a legacy/discontinued product, so you may have to enable showing of legacy products to see it.

Support do not work weekends.
You should receive a response typically within a few work days. If this does not happen then politely update your existing ticket , do not open more tickets or more forum threads on same topic.
