Missing Serial Number - Customer Support is No HELP

I have an issue. Recently there was a theft and my maschine was stolen but recovered. The problem is my serial number has been rubbed off from the bottom sticker and I no longer have the card. I can't contact Sam Ash Music for more info because they permanently gone out of business. So now I have all these products from Native Access loaded on to my laptop and can't load them into my maschine.

Don't they show up in your account when you login to your NI account to view registered products?
