Create Stem - PC crash!

Hello,

I would like to create wav or mp3 files in Stem. This works quite well so far except for the 3rd or 4th song, if I don't close Traktor beforehand, after the first and second Stem creation, the PC has a system crash, the 3 or 4 Stems created are then not saved as Stem at all (because “restart”), but can still only be played as a track. The CPU load “during the process” is sometimes briefly at 100% but only for 1-2 seconds (although this easily occurs 10 times in a minute of creating stems).

My PC:

Windows 10 Pro

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60 GHz 3.60 GHz

Memory 32 GB

Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080

Controller S4MK3

Traktor Pro 4, version 4.1.1 23

I downloaded and installed the Asio driver, but the crashes persist.

Then I increased the buffer size in the Traktor settings from 256 to 1024, now the PC no longer crashes every 2 songs, but maybe on the third or fourth Stem song created.

I don't know what else I can do.

Thanks in advance,

Greetings Kay

    Hey!

So to be honest the issue seems quite complex and I believe it might requires some inspection.

I have created a ticket for you asking you for some extra info, please get back to us asap.

My 4th gen win10 PC doesn't act like this on TP4. I'd check the space SSD.

    Hi,

@Stevan There is enough storage space available

@Martiniix_NI Thank you! I don't know what to do and the problem persists.

Even when I mix stem with stem, the buffer size is very high and lags occur.
