Hi Folks,

I am looking to buy a Maschine Plus second hand through Reverb, but want to know what I would have to do to ensure that I can get all updates, additional downloads and expansion packs if the seller is unable to transfer the license or even has one at all. Is there a way to buy a new license or similar proceedure? Thanks for any help and advice in advance.

Looking forward to getting started

All the best

You will need to go directly to NI Support without a license transfer. Only they can determine whether you will be able to continue or not.

If you really want this to go easy - get confirmation of a license to transfer. Otherwise I would walk away and get one that you known is fully supported.

do your homework on the maschine+

the newest does not always equate to the best

again do your homework on the device! a friendly warning *winx

if you are as you state a utter newbee… then i would avoid it

and look at a standard Maschine Mk3 with the maschine 2.x software sold as 1 purchase & use it with a computer… it will save you headaches in the long run… (avoid the mikro's)

once you understand how all the basics of Audio&midi all work together & whilst getting your feet wet

i would advise swimming around in the shallow part of the audio/midi pool, at least for now

**dont say you were not warned *winx
