Instrument Options in modern Kontakt are abysmal...

Every time I want to limit the keyboard range in the Instrument Options of any newer library, the entire library is suddenly silent…
For example, I wanted to limit my drum pad from the Beats folder in the Factory Library 2 (because I can't manipulate or organize the volume, panning and the overall tone with each individual sound, which is the main issue with the Beats folder, especially since every other section (Synth, Vintage, Band, Acoustic etc.) doesn't have this problem).
And another issue about the Instrument Options is that when I transpose the keyboard range, the results are just as abysmal and absurd and when I play the ''transposed'' keyboard, it sounds completely random, like…completely shuffled.
As an example, let's say, I wanted to play C, D, E flat and then F, but when I transpose the instrument with Instrument Options for, let's say, -2 semitones, it should be B flat, C, D flat and then E flat, but of course not, I get completely random tones and notes…not to even mention that it will affect the velocity as well too…
Instrument Options suck, quite a bit…and I am heavily disappointed in it, which is another reason why I hated the change of the direction with Kontakt (you know, removing the amazing feature of editing your own libraries and instead having abysmal Instrument Options not work properly, AT ALL)
