Traktor Pro 4 with Macbook Pro M4 Pro (MacOS Sequoia) + A&H Xone 96

Hi,

I'm a Traktor Pro 4 user (Version 4.1.1) running on a Macbook Pro 16" with M4 Pro and MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1. When I connect the Allen & Heath Xone 96 mixer the laptop recognize the soundcard of the mixer and the sound is good, but I have no signal of audio to use Send/Return effects on Traktor (with internal soundcard of Xone 96) neither recording on Traktor Pro 4 using external source in mix recorder. I attach some screenshots.

By the other hand, I've checked the Xone 96 mixer with an old iMac 27" Mid 2010 using traktor pro 3 and there is signal of audio using Send/return effects and recording signal using external source in mix recorder.

I think there is some incompatibility with the M4 pro chip, but I have already spoken to Apple technical support and they told me that it is probably a software problem since it is not Apple software.

Also i talked with A&H Support and they told me that maybe the problem is with the M4 Pro and Xone 96, because it worked properly with an iMac with Intel i7.

Anybody has the same setup with the same problem?

Can Native Instruments release an update of Traktor Pro 4 in order to solve this?

Does the send work normally inside Ableton Live? Is Button 11/12 in it's lower position?

And yes button 11/12 in lower position to check Send 2, but it doesn't work with my MBP M4 Pro

Have you tested with the second interface (second USB) of the xone:96?

Hi everyone,

Thanks so much for your help, finally I've fixed it allowing microphone access to Traktor, Ableton and all applications I use to work, and now Traktor works fine with Send/return effects (using send 1 and send 2 even with USB 2 soundcard) and also the mix recorder with external source properly.
