Hi, I would like to understand how to get assistance. My controller has interference in the audio output and in the headphones... Is there anyone who can help me with the Sk2 Mk2 controller model. If it is still worth repairing it. Thanks for your courtesy

    Hi

    Getting help is easy. Simply click the "Support" option at the top of the main Native Instruments site.

    What kind of interference? Static? Distortion? Humming? Buzzing? Clicking? Gaps?

    Without you providing suitable information, I'd guess that it's possibly caused by your audio buffer being too small.

    In your profile, for Operating System you've written OS. What OS? PC? Mac?

    As you've mentioned controller and headphones, I'm assuming by Sk2 you mean S2, so I guess you're using Traktor? Which version? If you're using Traktor, you've also posted in the wrong forum area.

    when I output the audio, it sounds bad and the sound in headphones is terrible too... the problem is in my controller

    Sorry but "sounds bad" and "terrible" is just not enough information.

    If you want help, then you need to specify whether you're on Mac or PC, the operating system you're running, the version of (I'm assuming) Traktor, the audio settings in Traktor etc. etc.
