Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2 contoller app issue on windows 11 pro

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a used Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2 contoller. The controller works perfectly on my Ipad. However, when I trz to use it on my laptop (windows 11 pro) the application does not seem to show the same interface as it is supposed to (it only display a very limited panel). I have downloaded both the (Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2 Driver 4.2.0 - Windows 7 and above) as well as the device updaters (Device Updater 1.2.0 - Windows and Device Updater 1.7.0 - Windows) from native/instuments.com, but it still does not show the proper app, only the very basic layout of the control panel that you can see below on the screenshot. Do you have any idea what can cause this problem? am I missing something?

    When you bought the S2 did you get a licence ID with the purchase? If you did then once you've gone through the process of adding the licence to your account you should see the Traktor product available for download from Native Access. If you didn't get a licence ID then you'll need to contact support and see if they'll add one to your account. Let us know if you did/didn't get the licence ID and we can help more.

    Which application isn't showing what you expect? The control panel looks ok, is it the Traktor application that's not working properly ?

    Yes exactly, so after installing the driver the only window I can see is the control panel, but it does not show the Traktor application itself (where I can see the hogwheels and other parts of the contoller). Is it somewhere else? Or shall I download another software?

    I did receive a licence ID. This ID card contains both the hardware serial and the serial No (both are 25 digits).

    I went to https://www.native-instruments.com/go-tks2 and created an acoount adding the hardware serial number.

    After registration I went to Downloads : Drivers & Other Files | Support and downloaded and installed the softwares mentioned earlier. However, I did not download them from Native access, but through the above link (see screenshot of the downloaded driver and updater).

    That's good news, you definitely have the licences you need. You now need to download Native Access from here and install it - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

    Once you've done that log into it using your NI username and password and you should see Traktor Pro available for installation. Once you've installed that you can open it and you'll have the full Traktor Pro app.

    Ok, I downloaded the app and logged in as per your instructions. It looks like this. Can you please guide me where I should see Traktor Pro available?

    It should be under Library. If it's not log into the Native Instruments site and go here to check your licences and serial numbers - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

    If you added both the licence numbers you got with the S2 then you should see a licence in there for either Traktor Pro 3 or 4. If you don't see that, check that you added the licence numbers correctly.

    Strange, I added the lincence number in Native Access and it says that serial has already registered. Do you think it could be linked to the previous account considering that this is a second hand product?

    Thanks anyway fot the great support, it is much appreciated. In the meantime I raised a support ticket so that we can fix this issue.
