Native Acces never worked for me when updating

After years and years updating with native acces still goes wrong. I am still using the uninstall reg tool but still then I get error messages. How hard can it be to fix these problems. I even stopped using updating most of the stuff because of these issues. Just wondering if there is anyone who can update with native acces.
