Massive X only shows a black window

in Massive X & Synths

Hello,

I wanted to load Massive X in my DAW again, but the window remains completely black.
Does anyone have the same problem and what can I do?
Everything has worked fine so far and my system is stable. Was there possibly an update of Massive X?

In any case, the window is black.
If anyone has any ideas. I look forward to suggestions for a solution.

    Addendum: The Massive X shows a black window in all DAWs (Reason Ableton, Studio One) as well as in KOMPLETE KONTROL!

    A black screen usually indicates that your GPU doesn't support Direct 3D 11.1 (with Feature Level 11_1) or higher. At least in case of Guitar Rig and Kontakt.

    Check your DxDiag and see if that's a possibility.

    Currently I have Direct 3D-DDI 11.2 with Feature Level 11_0

    Obviously this is not enough.
    Do I now need a new graphics card?

    Yeah, a new graphics card may be necessary in that case. But, perhaps you could ask NI's Support for an older version of Massive X for the time being (until you can upgrade to a better graphics card).
