Headphones not working

Hello.

I have Traktor S4 Mk1 and I can´t get any sound in my headphones. When I push the browser utton, the next track is playing out from the speakers. And when I turn the headphone volume knob the sound switches between Deac A and Deck B, still from the speakers.

Does anyone have a clue?
