sustain and expression pedals issues

I'm calling on you because I can't configure the sustain and expression pedals correctly.

I'm having a problem with “The Grandeur”, which makes my sustain pedal act as a pedal to color or not the sound of the instrument.
I have rebooted the instrument several times and reinstalled the software. Nothing works.
I don't have the same problem with spitfire.

can you help me get to grips with the equipment. If not, I'll return it and get another one...😥
