Why I can't open Traktor Pro 2

Pro 2 purchased 2018. All installs are correct including updated drivers . No problem with Native Access and Kontrol Z1

If Traktor Pro 2 is not opening at all, it could have something to do with your computer having an intel Ice Lake, Tiger lake or Alder lake CPUs. Those processors had some issues with some Traktor 2 versions (last one working was 2.6.8, you can download it here).

Check if your computer has one of those CPUs and if your Traktor is above 2.6.8 and if this is the case try installing 2.6.8

What happens when you try to open TP2? Does it open then close, or just not open at all? Can you check the Windows event logs to see if there are any errors in there?

A m3 laptop will have a Mac OS version that is too new for traktor pro 2. It will not work.

Best bet is to upgrade to Traktor 4.

Or you would need a Windows computer, or older mac os.
