picked acoustic not showing up in cubase daw

Hi Everyone , i have kontakt 8 and latest version of cubase 14 . picked acoustic is not working it shows up as demo version . i have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail ? anyone out there had the same problem ? creative juices are waning here haha just want to create not troubleshoot ****** has happened ? please help …..

    The version of Kontakt that's running in the screenshot is Kontakt 6, not Kontakt 8. Does the library load correctly in K8 standalone? If so make sure you're loading K8 in Cubase and check if that works ok.
