Traktor S4Mk3 Seriels

I have lost the seriel and email associated with my account and cant connect my mixer to Traktor 4 the i lost the card that had the setup but the mixer still has its hardware seriel can you only register it once does it have to be authorised or deactivated from the other account i have lost my Iphone and it has locked me out of all my emails and now i no longer have access to them what do i do.
