Is stem separation on traktor pro 4 GPU based?

Im planning on buying a new laptop, and was wondering if GPU is relevant in traktor pro 4 stem separation (this one seemed the slowest on my hardware). I guess its ai, so that why im asking.

Im also taking advice on what laptop i should buy (budget is 1k-1.5k $).

    No, not yet. I would hope GPU will get involved in stem generation, but not in the current iteration of TP.
