problem with traktor scratch pro 2

Good evening. I am writing to you because a few days ago I updated my version of Traktor Scratch 2 to Traktor 3.
After doing so, the program did not work for me in any way, and I reinstalled the original Traktor from your page and, to my surprise, my computer now does not even open it.
What is happening to me please??? I am desperate.
