Issues loading Spitfire Solo Strings

I'm having an issue loading samples properly in my Kontakt 8 VST plugin instance in Reaper (my DAW). When I go to load a sample (.nki file), it seems to load fine, but I can see that memory usage is 0, and no sounds play when I hit the keys of my MIDI controller. Interestingly, I can load all the Cello samples just fine. I am also able to successfully load up other libraries without issue (e.g. The Grandeur piano library).

I also have Kontakt 8 as a standalone app on my Mac, and I am interestingly able to load all the instruments just fine in there.

Hey Jeremy, thanks for your message.

The issue here was that the samples weren't being loaded properly. I had to uninstall the library and remove the following files:

Users/YourUser/Library/Preferences - com.native-instruments.Spitfire Solo Strings.plist
Library/Preferences - com.native-instruments.Spitfire Solo Strings.plist
Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products - Spitfire Solo Strings.json

Following that I had to reinstall Spitfire Solo Strings, and restart my DAW and it worked.
