Why the reason doesn't working Komplete a49 use for midi controller? +in Logic ProX

I have an issue that not working komplete a49 when I use in Logic Pro x

sometime it work very well without any issues

but when I quit logic and restared that issue appear again.

the first picture is working when even not issue

but ! the second picture is not working issue there's not light on the icon.

and ma Mac is m1, Sonoma

why the reason still not working and sometime working???

anyone has same problem like me??
