Komplete A49 does not working as midi controller in Logic Pro X

I have an issue that not working komplete a49 when I use in Logic Pro x

sometime it work very well without any issues

but when I quit logic and restarted that issue appear again.

the first picture is working when even not issue

but ! the second picture is not working issue there's not light on the icon.

and ma Mac is m1, Sonoma

why the reason still not working and sometime working???

anyone has same problem like me??

I'm not a mac user myself but have you tried to delete the logic settings and add you controllers again, maybe the keyboard first and try if it works then the MCU device.

Found this:

you can try resetting the MIDI drivers by going into Logic’s MIDI preferences. You find this in Logic Pro ➞ Preferences ➞ MIDI and pressing Reset All MIDI Drivers.
