Have you tried using MIDI-OX to check if the keyboard is visible at the OS level? Are the buttons and the display lighting up when you plug it in?

Does Windows Device Manager show the A61?

If yes, is it connected and operating normally (according to Device Manager)?

If no, how do you have it connected to the computer?

Also if no, you may want to try a different cable. Sounds kind of dumb, but I've had a few cables go bad here just in the last year or so.

+1 for trying another USB cable if it's not showing at all. I've had cables that work with some devices fail with others.

Lately it seems some are having issues with NI Agents switching to Disabled. In my case it was NIHostintegrationAgent.

Have a look at the article PoorFellow linked for you, specially point 5.

If, like me, you have something not only not running but even being Disabled (and therefore not having the possibility to restart it), have a look at this thread where I listed a couple of ulterior steps to take to re-enable it:

Check these are running via CTRL+ALT+DEL

NTKDaemon and NIHostIntegrationAgent are the 2 main ones you want to see. If not, try uninstall and reinstall KK then check again.

If that checks out, confirm via hardware manager the PC can see your keyboard, should be listed as a device
