Traktor scratch pro 2 turns off after several minutes

Hi, I have a problem with Traktor sratch pro 2.
I've had a laptop with Windows 10 Pro for the year. My 2.11 version didn't work with that, so I downloaded recommended 2.6.8 version and everything was fine until last week. Several days ago Traktor started to shut down after several minutes of working.

What can I do to make the program work as before?

Does it happen with any specific tracks? Have you noticed an specific behaviour when it crashes?

Try to remember any recent changes you might have made to your system around the time the problem started. This could include:

Did Windows install any updates recently?

• Were there any driver updates for your audio interface or other hardware?
• Did you install any new software that might be conflicting with Traktor?
• Did you connect any new hardware to your laptop?

It is enough that the program is turned on, no song is playing. I leave it on like that and after a while it turns off. I use DDJ REV1 on a daily basis, but the problem occurs even when using Traktor without a controller connected.
Since the problems started, I have reinstalled Windows. Problems persist.
