Credit card question

Hi, I want 2 update my credit card for a subscription. I get the bank confirmation, but it doesn't update the credit card. It's a small amount, 9.99, but I still would like 2 use this. I did the update multiple times, also via website.

Usually on websites, you must first remove the old card and then add the new.
No matter if it's practically the same card.

it goes to the bank, i verify it with the app the 0 cents. After that the update doesn’t save the credit card.
