Following the Getting started guide but I am missing Groups?

I am following the Quickstart Guide for Maschine located here:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/maschine-mikro-quickstart/start-making-a-beat/

In there they are showing selecting a kit from the Group section. When I try that, I don't see anything in there? I made sure I am not in the User section. I did install a few things

I must be missing some kind of a step or something else.

I followed up to my support ticket about this and they did have to add the Maschine 2 Factory Selection and now it looks like it has what I needed. So if anyone else comes across this scenario, the Maschine 2 Factory Selection entitlement has to be there. And, interestingly enough once I installed that, the next start of the Maschine Software gave me a welcome prompt.

The 808 Kit is part of the full "Maschine 2 Library" you have "Maschine 2 Essentials" which may not have that particular kit due to it being smaller.

You dont need that particular Kit/Group to follow along the Quickstart Guide, any Group preferably with just drums will be fine, it's just a barebones basic introduction.

    All Sounds - Empty

    One Shots - Empty

I am watching another tutorial on YouTube and it looks like there's also a Maschine 2 Factory Selection which I don't have. Is this something that I need to reach out to Support about? This is a 2nd hand Maschine Mikro Mk3.
