Subject : Mac os mojave supports kontrol x1 mk3 ?

Hello everyone !

Recently purchased Kontrol X1mk3 controller…Im using 2015 mid macbook pro retina 10.14.6 mojave with traktor pro 3.5.3.

Soo is it neccesary for me to upgrade to big surr ?

You need to be on at least MacOS 12 which is Monterey. The X1MK3 isn't listed as compatible with Big Sur. You can find the requirements on this page in the Specifications section.

Unfortunately it looks like Monterey isn't supported by the 2015 MacBook so you probably need to return the X1 or upgrade your MacBook.

And after you update your OS, you also need to update Traktor. I think for the x1 mk3 you nee at least 3.10 .. maybe 3.9.

Traktor 3.5 does not know what the x1 mk3 even is.

You get a free version of Traktor 4 with the x1. If you want to use that, you need at least macOS 12, 13, 14, 15.
