Link 2 Laptop & Sync Traktor
Hi Community. I want to link 2 computers and sync to create a b2b with a partner.
Setup 1: Macbook Pro MacOs Sequoia, Traktor Pro 3, Xone 96, Xone K2.
Setup 2: HP G9 Windows 10, Traktor Pro 3, Traktor S4.
Both computers are wired-connected and Ableton Link Button is pressed. Master Clock works and is well synced but when we press the play button, tracks don´t go beat synced. We´ve been trying different values on the buffer size and it looks that something changes but it never goes al the same time so its impossible to get tracks beat synced.

try turning on the midi clock. It got this to work when I had Ableton turned on. and I used DJay Ai on a 2nd computer that is a Mac. Amazon also had a midi plug with a USB connection that might help bridge

This is the Traktor configuration on both computers. Usually, the audio device is the Xone 96. My partner’s mixer (Traktor S4) is connected to channel 4 on my Xone 96.

Use Tempo Sync instead of Beat Sync and adjust phase manually.

The idea is to play with no jogs, just with k2 controllers. So we need to beat sync tracks when we play them.

Use Tempo Bend (up/down for button use) assignments to adjust phase. Sensitivity and progressive use can be set in Preferences → Transport.

We’ve been doing this until now. I can pre hear my partner’s mixer but he can’t pre hear mine, so when he bring the fader up, he don’t know if it’s matched with mine.
