I am running Traktor 4.0.2.13. I would like to replay my history files from Traktor in the same was as the original session was replayed. Is this possible? If so, how?
Thank you.
No, that is not possible.
Maybe another program can fix the .wav file.
Only if you hit record mate. Unless you mean creating a playlist from the history file for a set?
thanks for the reply. I’ll try to be more clear.
I have a history file that has all the information of a recorded session. I recorded the session but as I was editing the file on Wavlab, my computer crashed in the worst way and I lost the original recorded wav file. All that’s left is the history file.
Is it possible to “replay” the lost session from the history file? Replay, I mean that traktor would be able to use the information in the history file to replay the tracks including the mix transitions, effects etc. If I could payback the history file then I could re-record the audio and save it to disk again.
I hope that’s more clear. I seem to remember being able to playback a history file on a traktor version many moons ago but I can’t seem to recall how I did it.
thank you.
Thank you for the response.
That would be fantastic, if NI could make history files playable again. Such a great idea!
