Maschine 3 Software Stuck on Start Up

Hi, I just purchased the update for Mashine 2 TO Maschine 3. In uninstalled Maschine 2, restarted my computer then installed Maschine 3. BUT Maschine 3 is getting stuck on start up and won't open. I see it seems to get stuck on "Status: Scan Shell Plugin: WaveShell4-VST 10"

I don't know if this is an issue reading a plugin or if Maschine 3 is the issue. Can anyone help? NI Support is non-existent..

Support is not "non existent". Go to the main site and click Support.

You can skip any troublesome plugins by using esc on your keyboard. There was no need to uninstall Maschine 2 either. 2 and 3 will happily live alongside each other.

out of interest what version are your waves plugins , what computer and os ?

I’ve got waves 15 and maschine 3 scans those
