I'm new to the community

I wanted to answer some of the responses that you guys gave but didn't know how. so I went back to ask a question. First of thanks very much for all the helpful replies, it turned out after getting the assistance of an apple tech, it was determined that my version of Sonoma had a glitch and wasn't showing the correct available space in all locations so we updated Sonoma. i didn't want to go straight to Sequoia because not sure if everything is updated in Native Instruments. it installed with no problem after that, but now I'm having a problem loading it the error is saying plugin not found and dealing with this AI in the support threads nuts. I'm not familiar with a lot of things in these processes, so I need a person to assure me when I'm doing the right things in the correct location. I hope this makes sense to someone.😊

what are you loading it in , komplete kontrol ? Or kontakt standalone / plugin

As @ALDREAD says, can you let us know a lot more info? What DAW you're using, do things work standalone, what plugins do you have problems with? Is it one plugin, or all Native Instruments products? Do you see any error messages etc.
