The support page only has a chat that goes around in circles when I enter my issue. What happened to the old ticket system?

At the end of the circles, the chat will give you the chance to open the ticket.

Simply write Contact support or choose it in the options proposed by the chatbot. Then either a live chat agent takes over, if not your request is turned into an email request.
