Some of my Izotope products don't appear on Native Access

I merged my izotope and NI accounts, but I see some products (or versions) in Native Access that do not appear if I open iZotope Product Portal, and viceversa.

I'm sure I own the products appearing on iZotope Portal, but not the ones I see in Native Acess. I have recently purchased Komplete 15 collectors so I'm not sure whit iZotope products come from that recent purchase.

    The account merge is possible - I did mine a while back. But the product merge is months away.

    Use Product Portal for all things Izotope until further notice. You will not see most if not all your Izotope product in Native Access at all.
