How do I control the volume of Pick sounds in Mint

How do I control the volume of Pick sounds in Mint, the velocities change the sound, but high velocities are louder. How can I control the volume of the pick sound? I am using Cubase 14 Pro Key editor

Not sure what you mean by pick sound, there is no such setting or option in the library but perhaps you'll be able to achieve what you're looking for with the Impact, which is assigned to the modwheel, aka MIDI CC1 or choose which pick up position is being played:
