native instrument for it being such a big company yet lack of customer service number and email might as well go with a different midi control. Never buy second hand product if it is native instruments. Never will buy again.

    If you can give us some idea of the problems you're having we might be able to help.

    NI do provide full instructions on how to transfer licences for sellers of NI hardware, so it's up to the seller to follow those. Did you buy from a private seller or from a store ?
