MIDI PORT FOR NUENDO & Sibelius

When I use NUENDO and SIBELIUS to make music at the same time, I can input them at the same time when using S88 MK2, but the S88 MK3 can only use one DAW. How do I need to set up the MIDI port allocation for this?

With the MK2 are you using the USB MIDI for both Nuendo and Sibelius, or do you have the USB to one of them and the other connected via the 5-pin MIDI? If it's the latter the MK3 doesn't support both USB and 5-PIN MIDI at the same time currently, but it's been mentioned that there's an update in beta that has support for both at once.

I think so. When I use MK2, I use a square USB interface. And no 5-pin MIDI cable is used. But I see that MK3 uses a TYPE C interface, and I plugged it into the motherboard of my computer. I think their protocols should be the same?

Yep should be the same. I'd have expected the MK3 to share the MIDI although I'm not certain. I'll have a look when I'm near mine later.
