How to fix expression pedal issues on my S88 MK2 keyboard?

I tried to assign expression pedal CC11 on Pedal 2. It doesn't work at all (using Roland EV-5 as adviced). Each time I set continous controller on pedal 2, at the same time it changes swich to continous on pedal 1. Sustain (Yamaha FC 4, CC64) works OK on both pedal 1 and 2 slots.
Impossible to set right controlls when both Pedals are connected.

It is not a problem to connect and set Pedal controll (CC64) in both Pedal 1 and 2 slots. The problem comes when I try to configure both Expression Pedal (CC11) and Sustain Pedal at the same time. Keyboard Kontroll allows me to connect Systain Pedal only. Expression Pedal doesn't work at all, no matter I connect it to Pedal 1 or 2 Slot. After trying to change to Cont Mode, it changes theese in both Pedal 1 and 2 slots.

Not sure. In the sustain pedal post you will find the way to reset the MIDI assignments to default, that can be a good start to see if there were any conflicting assignments (when several buttons or knobs have the same MIDI CC assigned.
If you've done this and still have the issue, try monitoring the MIDI information with only 1 pedal at first, expression and then sustain, then the 2 together and see what happens: How to Monitor the Output of a MIDI Controller

I got really confused. Attached you'll find few screen shots with different settings. I tried everything (I hope) with no result. Roland EV-5 works properly connected to another keyboard. Do we have authorised NI service in Poland (I coudn't find one myself)?

It's kind of complicated to see what you mean with these pdfs. Please note that you can drag and drop pictures in the threads and accompany pictures with an explaining text.
Have you tried to calibrate the expression pedal?
In this screenshot it seems that sustain is finally working, was it without the EV5 connected?
What CC is selected for Ring?

I'm sorry for the mess I did with pdfs
Yes, I callibrated Expression Pedal several times
Yes, I told you, sustain is working properly (CC65 is assigned to Ring), but if I change to "cont" in Pedal 2, it also changes "Switch" to "cont" in Pedal 1, and It stops working
Here you have Sustain only connected:
Here is Expr. Pedal only connected. MDI Monitor shows events, but with no sens, as you see. No reaction in the sound:
Changing to "Cont" on Pedal 2, changes also "Switch" to "Cont" on Pedal 1:
Hope now is more clear.
Thank you for your patience :)

The EV 5 also has a minimum volume knob on the side, as my pedal has too, i had to set it to minimum, in order for it to work properly. i also had to switch polarity (invert on) and set "swap ring" but that might be different with the roland pedal. Until i had set it that way i could not get the whole range from 0 - 127 to work for my expression pedal.

Thank you, but it doesn't help. I checked also with another pedal. Still the same issue. Must be something wrong with the keybord.

If you also tried polarity and switch ring - then it really might be the keyboard, on some forums I read something about that pedal has a max pot too, but I can't find it in the roland manual.

Thank You, again😊
