why won't Kontakt load older session

Every time I attempt to open an older session it says it can locate the intact instruments I direct it too the sound banks and it keeps saying demo, why I go my template to start a new session they appear wit no problem, im running logic 11.2.1 I have Kontakt 8, not sure why its doing that or what's the solution, any help would appreciated thank you in advance

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Else are you by any chance using Clean My Mac ? it has been giving people all sorts of strange problems : Do not use Clean My Mac

Otherwise then have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have fulldisk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

If not using Clean My Mac and the other Mac advice does not help either then try the trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2.Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt product XML)
