S49 Locked due to korrupt KSMK3 update

Hi there,

My S49 Kontrol surface has locked up. The screen tells me to "get latest update" from ni.de/kontrol-update. I cannot exit this screen to use it.

I have download the KSMK3_Updater_3.24.0 - but it went straight into Avira quarantine. I have overridden this but the KSMK3 file will not unzip - it says its empty.

So I'm stuck with an unusable system. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks

Windows 11 64bit - Latest Native Access.
