Switch between selections on Touchstrip & Wheels page

So I'm attempting to set the mod wheel range and I get to the Touchstrip & Wheel page and it shows Touch Strip, Pitch Wheel, and Mod Wheel. How does one scroll through the selections? The arrow buttons are not lit. The manuals appears to be referring to a different firmware version.

    Hello,

    the 4d encoder right from the screen, you move/tilt it left or right.

    I had tried that control control but I must have not tried the all the ways to move it. Thanks for your help
