Can't install on different computer

My laptop broke I can't get back into it as it's completely dead. So I am trying to download traktor pro 3 on my other laptop. Every time it installs nothing happens and then the button that should say open just goes back to install.

    What version of Native Access is on that alternate computer?

    What OS and what version?

    Ill have to check what version. But the operating system is Windows 10. I thought it would be just as simple as signing on and downloading but I'm reading I have to uninstall off my original CPU but I can't access it.

    As implied by the answer of BIF then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

    Absolutely not so unless you are selling the hardware that has the software on it. You are allowed to have the software installed on up to three of your own computers provided that you are only using it on one computer regularly and at only one computer at a time.
