Traktor Kontrol D2 spare parts? / Repair?

Hello,

I recently acquired two used Kontrol D2 for my setup on eBay. Considering how old they are by now they are in a decent shape, far from mint but still good looking. Were described as fully working but which is - apart from a little detail on one unit - true. As I got both units together (in one sale) for a price that you sometimes don't even get one unit for I somehow consider to keep them both anyway.

The part which isn't working on one unit is the dry/wet knob/pot for the FX units on the top. It felt pretty lose from the start. And after I connected the unit and tried all buttons, pots and faders it made problems. Using the fader works in principle but especially if set to 100% it gets its own life after I finished using it. Without even touching it further it alters the value in many cases. It falls from 100 as low as 78 and raises again after that. Well this part would need replacement. Asking Google I find offerings for endless encoders below the display. I also find an offering for the BROWSE and LOOP push encoders - but no one offers that part. I expect that it is the same part on S5 and S8 but also no luck if I search this way.

I found some offerings for X1/F1/Z1 knobs that claim to be the right part for D2/S5/S8 too. But that are plastic pots while the ones in D2 are metal ones and have to be as they are touch sensitive.

So after long introduction: Does anyone knows the manufacturer and part number of this pot/encoder? Or of a compatible one? And where to get it? Is NI itself still able to repair these units? (Of course I will have to pay for it.) Asking for a quote via support is complicated as they ask a proof of purchase and not sure if they accept my Mails from eBay as such - I bought it used and at least till now they aren't registered to me.
