Hey guys,

So i recently purchase a Maschine MK3, but unfortunatly they dont make it easy for old mac users. I was able to find a native access subtable for my MacOS 11.7 but regarding the MAschine 2 v1.7 im able to download it but is always asking for a license! and i dont know where or how to find it. every time i try to activated it directs me to the Native access but i dont have the software there.

Please can anybody help me im getting really frustated as i want to use my Maschine MK3 but im not able

As you purchased your Maschine just recently it already came with Maschine 3 software - therefore you have most likely no licence for older Maschine 2 software anymore. Maschine 3 software requires at least macOS 13. If you look it up on NI website in my products and serials it should list accordingly.

    Your options are:

1.) Contact support if they still can give you a licence for Maschine 2 software somehow.

2.) Find someone ready to transfer a Maschine 2 software licence to you - if this is even possible as it usually was sold as bundle with hardware and is bound to these then.

3.) Return your new Maschine Mk3 and get a used one (bought before Nov 24 originally). This should bring you a Maschine 2 licence for your old Mac with licence transfer.

4.) Upgrade your Mac to macOS 13 at least. If it doesn‘t support it out of the box you may can try this with Open Core Legacy Patcher.

5.) Get a newer Mac (which supports macOS 13) or a windows computer compatible with Maschine 3 software.
